Today, Jan. 21st, marks one years since Kodak filed for bankruptcy protection. It appears that with all the changes that have been made at Kodak that they will reemerge from bankruptcy protection before mid year. Kodak would still love to sell off their consumer film business. Even though that business is in decline, it appears that it could very well sell.
So far since Kodak filed for bankruptcy protection lawyers fees have amount to $125 million.
