A Rochester couple have been arrested for grand larceny and scheming to defraud. They used library cards in their names and the names of their three young children to take out 392 items, mostly DVDS and Video Games and also some books. They hadn’t returned any of the items and probably had no intent to return anything. In order to take out that many things they had gone to 15 branch libraries around the county. All together the items taken amount are worth over $7400. This is one of the worse cases of theft from a library that I have heard about in this area.
