Isaac Wilklow was born in April 1840 in New Paltz, Ulster Co., NY. Isaac and Harriet moved to Brighton, NY about 1903. He died on 6 June 1905 at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, Monroe Co., NY.3 He was buried on 7 June 1905 in lot 34, grave 1 of Brighton Cemetery in Rochester, Monroe Co., NY.3

Jane Dubois and Isaac Wilklow were married on 10 October 1864 in Lloyd, Ulster Co., NY. 1496. Jane Dubois, daughter of David Dubois and Rachel Ein, was born on 6 November 1827 in New Paltz, Ulster Co., NY. She died on 21 January 1897 in New Paltz, Ulster Co., NY.3 She was buried on 24 January 1897 at New Paltz Rural Cemetery in New Paltz, Ulster Co., NY.3 Jane was first married to Dubois Keator. They married Dec. 5, 1850 and he died June 14, 1851 while Jane was still pregnant. Jane gave birth to Emily Keator on Sept. 29, 1851.

Isaac Wilklow and Harriet Link were married after 1897. Harriet Link was born (death certificate says born July 1852) in Clermont, Columbia Co., NY. She was baptized on 28 September 1845 at Christs Evangelical Lutheran Church in Germantown, Columbia Co, NY. She died on 21 April 1904 in Brighton, Monroe Co., NY.3 Harriet was buried on 23 April 1904 in Tivoli, Dutchess Co., NY.3
