283. Leslie M. Wilklow was born on 5 August 1888 in Farmersville, Cattaraugus Co., NY. His draft registration in 1917 described as having blue eyes and light colored hair. He farmed most of his life. Late in life he cut the grass at Letchworth State Park. He died on 5 June 1952 in Castile, Wyoming Co., NY. He was buried at Warsaw Cemetery in Warsaw, Wyoming Co., NY.

Leslie M. Wilklow and Jessie Ada Nicholson were married on 14 February 1912 in Belfast, Allegany Co., NY. Jessie Ada Nicholson was born on 25 May 1890 in Granger, Allegany Co., NY.²⁸ She started teaching school in 1908 and taught almost continuously until the 1950s. She first taught in Cuba, then Warsaw and finally in Castile, NY. Jessie died on 4 November 1985 in Castile, NY and was buried at Warsaw Cemetery in Warsaw, NY.
