321. Dr. George F. Wilklow was born on 7 November 1870 in Stone Ridge, Ulster Co., NY. He was born on 5 November 1872 in Stone Ridge, Ulster Co., NY.¹¹ He was baptized on 23 December 1874 at Reformed Dutch Church in Stone Ridge, Ulster Co., NY.¹¹ In 1892 George was a clerk living in Ellenville. George joined Co. I, 3rd Wisc. Inf during the Spanish American War and was later transferred to an ambulance corps. He then served as an assistant surgeon. He practiced medicine until 1910 in Wurtsboro, NY and then moved his practice to Ellenville. He is listed as having grey eyes and gray hair in 1918. He died on 11 January 1925 in Ellenville, Ulster Co., NY. He was buried at Fantinekill Cemetery in Ellenville, Ulster Co., NY.²⁹

Dr. George F. Wilklow, formerly of this village, and Miss Blanche Fairbanks of Wurtsboro, were married at the home of the bridegroom's father, Theodore Wilklow in Ellenville last Tuesday afternoon at half past one o'clock.

Dr. G. F. Wilklow who at one time practiced medicine in New Paltz died on Saturday at his home in Ellenville. He had been in ill health for the past two years. His skills as a physician was widely known and he was held in high esteem by all who knew him.

She died on 6 October 1927 in Ellenville, Ulster Co., NY. She was buried at Fantinekill Cemetery in Ellenville, Ulster Co., NY.²⁹
