Yearbook and More

Last week’s main project was Step by Step 1993. That is the 1993 yearbook for Churchville-Chili Middle School. This came from an odd place; ReHouse. ReHouse went out of business a couple of weeks ago. They specialized in old house parts. If you need an old door or brass hardware for lights, they had it. It was time for the owner to retire. I had never been there but stopped to look around as they were having major price reductions. I found this yearbook on one of the shelves.

The school is not in Churchville, although that is their mailing address. It is closer to North Chili. At that time it had grades 6, 7, & 8. Now they also have grade 5 in the school.

I also scanned three old things from First Methodist Episcopal Church (now United Methodist Church) in Churchville:
Easter Week Program (1907).
The Methodist Record, Vol. 1, no. 3, May 1917.
The Methodist Record, Vol. 1, no. 5, July 1917.

These also came from ReHouse. Not sure why they would have had items like this.
