Below is a Zoom recording of a talk about the Holland Land Purchase. In 1792-3 Dutch investors bought the whole of western NY to be sold in much smaller lots. This talk is given by Ryan Duffy, Executive Director at the Holland Land Office Museum in Batavia, NY. That museum was originally used as office for the land company.
