Marcia lent two yearbooks to have scanned.  Witan 1979 and 1980 Witan are yearbooks from Charlotte High School in Rochester. As a City school it was rather small with just over a 100 graduates each of those years. What is bad is that in the 1979 yearbook there is 26 seniors without a photo and  another 24 without a photo in the 1980 yearbook.

Charlotte HS closed in 2016. For a few years it was the Leadership Academy. Now it is Thurgood Marshall Middle School with just grades 7 and 8.

The picture below would be easy to get today with a drone. In 1979 the only way to get that picture was by standing on the top of the Riverview Manor apartments on River Street.
