Some of the things I scan are not related to Monroe County. Those I put on the Internet Archive. My most viewed thing on there is a 1905 Jell-O Recipe book. Currently over 3,500 people have viewed that small booklet.

I had three other Jell-O booklets so I scanned them and now they are on the Internet Archive. The one that opens first is from 1916. Then there are ones from 1927 and 1932 that you can also view. The company started in LeRoy, NY. By 1932 the company had been bought by General Foods and eventually they moved out of LeRoy.
