Nazareth Academy Yearbook

Going way back over a hundred years… I uploaded the 1915 Senior Annual for Nazareth Academy. That was a Catholic Girl’s High School. In 1915 they were building a new school on Lake Avenue but the yearbook only has a drawing as the school wasn’t finished until later in the year.

There were three majors that the girls could pick from. First was the “Academic” major and there were 23 graduates in 1915. The second major was “Commercial” which I assume was primarily office skills like typewriting and stenography. There were 43 “Commercial” graduates in 1915. The last major was “Music.” The school only had 2 graduates in that major.

There are class pictures for grades 9 – 1110. There appears to be only one club; Beta Phi book lover’s club. No sports. Just one page of autographs, at the rear of the yearbook.

This is the first yearbook online for Nazareth Academy. Other yearbooks are on the Yearbooks web page.
