I didn’t scan much last week. Had to spend a lot of time doing home repairs.
I did scan the 1936 Yearbook and Gas & Electric News. It is an expanded issue of the Rochester Gas & Electric employee news-magazine but it doesn’t have a month listed. Besides the usual company news it also has a financial statement and tables & graphs showing utility usage over the last few years. RG&E was building new structures even the though the economy was still hurting from the great depression. I have seen this picture in another issue. It shows 32 refrigerators all lined up going to one apartment complex.
The other thing I scanned was Kodak Picture-Making Aids (Aug. 1937). This was a small catalog of accessories available for Kodak cameras. It has all kinds of things that you could get from cameras straps, photo chemicals and even an enlarger. Kodak always made good money on accessories.
