The group Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds had their second, and last, hit in 1975 with “Fallin’ In Love.” The group was originally Dan Hamilton, Joe Frank Carollo, and Tommy Reynolds. Reynolds left the group in 1972 and was replaced with Alan Dennison. They still maintained the original name of the group. Not having another big hit they finally split up in 1976.

The song was written by group member Dan Hamilton with Ann Hamilton. It was at #1 on the Billboard chart for the week of Aug. 17 – 23. Then it was on the top of the Cash Box chart for the week of Aug. 31 – Sept. 6.
