The downtown branch of the Rochester Public Library will be closed today, the 2nd. Then on January 3rd they are starting some new hours for 2017 that include two days with evening hours. Besides these listed hours, the B & L building is open at 9 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday on the first floor only. That is where the public computers with internet are.
