I uploaded a new web pages that has marriages and death from 1835 in Rochester Newspapers. It only covers records from January to June. There were two daily newspaper, two weekly newspapers and a semi-weekly newspaper in Rochester in 1835. Only one daily and the semi-weekly still exist. The other newspapers didn’t get saved through all these years..

Also on this web page is the names and descriptions of 10 men that escaped from the jail in early March 1835.
